CRUDE OIL MONITORING AND FINGER PRINTING
To ensure accurate focalization of custody transfer production and crude
characterization,
Test separators meters,
Quantify crude and deliveries to refineries and export terminals,
To ensure reduced downtime in custody transfer operations
Calibrate storage tanks and vessels and fiscal instrument.
To generally supervise custody transfer operations
Check instrument accuracy
Check accurate linearity and meter/gauge integrity.
DE-SANDING, DE-WAXING AND PRESSURE TESTING SERVICE OBJECTIVES
To carry out visual inspection:
On the internals and externals of pressure vessels
To check for dint, corrosion initiation.
To clean:
The internals of the vessels of sand and wax
Replaces old gaskets, bolts and nuts, corrodes lines.
To carry out:
Ultrasonic wall thickness test on vessel
Hydrostatic test on the vessel.
BHP AND WELL TEST DATA ANALYSIS:
SERVICE OBJECTIVES
To check data quality and gauge integrity using current application software e.g.
Saphir, Fekete, or Pan System.
To analyze flowing gradient, build up and static gradient data using appropriate software and prepare report.
Perform other analysis on BHP data and report values.
Assess and analyze permeability data record and make recommendations.
Examine water cut, GOR and pressure distribution.
Detect and proffer solutions to reservoir abnormalities.
PRODUCTION, METERING AND CUSTODY TRANSFER SERVICES SERVICE OBJECTIVES
Use of new indigenous technology of on-line testing of pressure relief valves
developed by Sigma, for flow stations, gas plants, and process plants.
